Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns at this time. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damage within 72 hours to arrange a replacement.

Order Processing Time & Delivery
Please note that we require 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process and prepare your order. If there are any delays, we will update our shop announcements accordingly.
Our products are typically shipped via Priority Mail due to their weight. However, for smaller orders like wax melts that fall under the First Class weight limit, we offer First Class shipping. Please be aware that selecting Priority or Priority Express shipping does not expedite our processing time, as we prioritize quality in preparing your order.
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot control shipping transit times once the package is with the carrier, such as USPS. We are unable to offer refunds for shipping delays. For eligible orders, we provide free shipping using the most cost-effective method available.
If you need guaranteed delivery dates, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate information.

We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses. In such cases, store credit will be issued, minus the cost of shipping.
